I am currently INRIA researcher in the BIPOP project at the INRIA research center near Grenoble.
My research interests are related to the modeling, the analysis and the simulation of the Non Smooth Dynamical Systems. Typical examples of such dynamical systems are the mechanical systems with unilateral constraints, (contact), Coulomb's friction and impacts such as masonry buildings, cirduit breakers, robotic arms, ... and the electrical circuits with ideal components. Many other applications may also be found in physics, biology and economics ...
I am currently leader of the ANR project Saladyn and involved in the ANR project VAL-AMS on High Confidence Validation of Analog and Mixed-Signal Circuits.
I was also involved in the Siconos european project as the leader of the "Work Package 2" on numerical algorithms and software tools. One of the main outcome of this project is the Siconos software.
