Parameters:

	QREC	(float matrix, size = NDOF x NSAMPLES) reconstructed trajectory or position
	TOBS	(float matrix, size = NTAGS x 3*NSAMPLES) observed tags
	TUTILISES	(boolean matrix, size = NTAGS x NSAMPLES) tags state (occulted or not)
