The next step is to compose regular and reverse passes together. The tip is
again to create a new After Effect project with all the compositions together
and a global rendering queue.
Compositing of normal passes
- Import the 4 (or 2) not delayed videos into a composition
- Reverse the *rev.avi layers (Layer > Instant > Reverse
the layer): their time bar should appear red dashed
- Add a solid layer to the composition and apply Effect > Sample plug-ins
> ForeBack Composit on this solid layer with the
following parameters:
- Regular Fast Advected Video: select Name_K10_norev.avi
- Reversed Fast Advected Video: select Name_K10_rev.avi
- Regular Slow Advected Video: select Name_K30_norev.avi (or Name_K60_norev.avi)
- Reversed Slow Advected Video: select Name_K30_rev.avi (or Name_K60_rev.avi)
- Apply to the solid layer a second effect:
Effect > Layers > Layers Mixer with parameters:
Source: red, Target: lightness only
- Add the video Name_K1030_txt.avi (or Name_K1060_txt.avi)to the rendering
queue
Compositing of delayed passes
- Import the 4 (or 2) delayed videos into a composition
- Reverse the *rev_d.avi layers (Layer > Instant > Reverse
the layer): their time bar should appear red dashed
- Add a solid layer to the composition and apply Effect > Sample plug-ins
> ForeBack Composit on this solid layer with the
following parameters:
- Regular Fast Advected Video: select Name_K10_norev_d.avi
- Reversed Fast Advected Video: select Name_K10_rev_d.avi
- Regular Slow Advected Video: select Name_K30_norev_d.avi (or Name_K60_norev_d.avi)
- Reversed Slow Advected Video: select Name_K30_rev_d.avi (or Name_K60_rev_d.avi)
- Apply to the solid layer a second effect:
Effect > Layers > Layers Mixer with parameters:
Source: red, Target: lightness only
- Add the video Name_K1030_txt_d.avi (or Name_K1060_txt_d.avi)to the
rendering queue
In our example, we obtain Cube_61030_txt.mov and Cube_61030_txt_d.mov
